Return Policy
In order to obtain a Repair, Refund or RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization), users must contact their dealer and register their product, as well as have contacted our technical support department to determine that the unit is defective.
Product(s) must be received within 30 days of the initial purchase date from all Orange Hill Audio authorized distributors. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Products found not to be defective or that have not gone through the registration and support process will be assessed a 15% restocking fee. Returns requested after 30 days but no later than 60 days of initial purchase date are subject to a 15% restocking fee. No returns will be accepted after 60 days.
Orange Hill Audio reserves the right to inspect the returned product(s) for condition and may apply an additional 5% restocking fee for excessive damage or wear of products.
All returns must include every component originally shipped with the product. Any missing component will have its cost individually deducted from the original purchase amount.
Important: If for any reason you must return a portion or all of your order, please notify Orange Hill Audio (support@orangehillaudio.com) to receive a RMA number. RMA numbers are valid for 15 days from the day they are issued.
