Orange Hill Audio offers FREE tech support for registered users who have purchased their products through legitimate dealers in the US for a period of 30 days. Users must complete the Orange Hill Audio Product Registration Form. Please be prepared to present proof of purchase, Serial Numbers, Dealer Name and Date of Purchase. This support may be either via e-mail or telephone at the discretion of Orange Hill Audio. After 30 days, answers regarding implementation and/or compatibility may be addressed on a case-by-case basis with a potential charge of $45 per hour depending on the amount of time required. There could be a minimum $25 per incident charge. Credit card orders only.
